Eurotrip meets 118th Street.

Last week, when visiting Harlem for next week's cover story about the neighborhood, your steely real estate reporter stopped by one of the new condos, the Lotta development on West 118th Street.

It was, actually, a pretty impressive building. Prudential Douglas Elliman's Tamir Shemesh took us around the three old Harlem apartment buildings that were being combined into a redone 35-unit building. The units we saw had nice exposed brick and finishes, and all the units looked spacious and roomy. They were planning a gym, storage bins and a kid's playroom.

Bios Magazine is reporting that the world's first commercially available liquid-metal based CPU cooler is about to ship. Danamics, a Danish company, claims that its LM-10 outperforms standard air-cooled heatsinks and most watercooled systems with a mere 1W power draw. 'The liquid metal is a key component in Danamics cooling systems.
